We have reservation and will be staying with you from Jan 18 to Feb 1. Just confirming that there is shuttle service from the airport and what would the cost be for a couple roundtrip.
Also would you be able to recommend a private tour guild who could take us around the island for the day as well as a mangrove tour.

Regarding the issue with by booking
As the cancellation being required by Hotels.com is not what is published, Would you consider providing Hotels.com/Expedia a cancellation voucher with no cancellation charge, and instead charging my card directly for the 4 nights plus 50% for the cancelled 5 nights. This is more inline with what I agreed to.
